Apricot Beef with Sesame Noodles

1 Beef Sirloin Steak
3 TBSP Dijon Mustard
3 TBSP Soy Sauce
2 PKGS Ramen Noodles
Vegetable Oil
2 C Snow Peas
1 Medium Red Pepper Cubed
3/4 C Apricot Preserves
1/4 C Beef Broth
3 TBSP Chopped Green Onions
2 TBSP Sesame Seeds


•Cut beef intol strips and combine with mustard and soy sauce, store in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
•Cook noodles according to directions.
•Heat oil and stir fry the beef for 3-4 minutes. Add peppers and snow peas and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
•Add noodles, broth, onion and preserves, and 1 TBSP sesame seeds. Cook for 1 minute.
•Before serving, sprinkle remaining sesame seeds.
