Sore Throat Tea Recipe

With cold and flu season just around the corner I have been keeping an eye out for natural recipes to help us get by. Although the picture does look like an orange marmalade, it is actually a tea. The only three ingredients are: Lemon Slices Ginger slices Honey (organic if you wish) Combine all three ingredients in a jar and store in the fridge, it will form into a jelly and will keep for 2 – 3 months. To serve, spoon into a mug and pour over boiling water. Not only is this recipe great for sore throats, cold and flu, but it makes for a wonderful comforting drink after coming inside on a cold winters day.
